Naresh Kothari started Mahavir Pigments as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1979. He manages all operations of the company, including infrastructure technology and production. Mr. Kothari focuses on the operational improvements that provide benefits to Mahavir’s client base. For more than four decades, he has been involved in a broad range of R&D activities in the pigment industry. As the Chairman of Mahavir Pigments, my vision for the company is driven by a deep commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. Jinay Kothari, a MBA Graduate from USA joined his family business in 2016 as Managing Director. Mr. Kothari believes in taking new paths to develop and think beyond barriers. He has led the company to achieve tremendous growth and his business skills adds addition to our clients in the American, Asian and Chinese markets.

She is the Innovative Head at Mahavir as she believes in the digital revolution and also looks after client relationship and keeps them updated with latest developments in the field of Pigments.
Shalvi Shah Kothari , joined Mahavir Industries in 2019 and has a strong background of Industrial Psychology. She currently looks after multiple operations at Mahavir including Logistics, Recruitment and Marketing for Middle East and American Regions.
